Fees Policy .

• First Registration and Re-registration are payable at the start of each academic year or on first enrolment of the child and are not refundable.
• Fees are strictly pre-paid and no exception to this rule can be made. Children will not be accepted for classes who have an overdue account balance.
• English classes for the Tutorial School run between 3:00 pm and 4:25 pm and between 4:35 pm and 6:05 pm.
• Only the school subjects agreed between the parents and the school, and at the specified times of teaching will be taught at the Tutorial School. Any changes must be requested in advanced and the new fees, if any, notified to the parents before a change can be made.
• Fees as stated to the parents before a child's enrolment to the school are monthly in the case of the Tutorial School and Term in the case of the Special School and include any school holidays during which the school is closed, including the Christmas and Easter holidays. The current school calendar is available from the school secretariat.
• Term fees for the Special School are payable at the beginning of each term (September, December, April). The school charges each account at the beginning of each academic year and at the end of each term thereof.
• The school accepts cheques drawn on a Cyprus bank and these should be made out to "New Hope"
• Fees for the Tutorial School do not include books or stationery.
